A supply of services agreement is a contract that sets out the terms by which services will be provided to a customer by a supplier. The purpose of having a supply of service agreement is to give a clear understanding of both parties’ responsibilities, legal rights, and obligations and to ensure that the specified services provided by the supplier are delivered to the customer accordingly.
