Non-Disclosure Agreement (mutual)

A single non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is a legally binding contract between two parties where one party agrees to keep confidential information shared by the other party strictly confidential. Unlike a mutual NDA which requires both parties to keep information confidential, a single NDA typically applies when only one party will be disclosing confidential information to the other. The purpose of a single NDA is to ensure that the recipient does not disclose or misuse the confidential information and protects the interests of the disclosing party. It establishes legal obligations and consequences for any unauthorized disclosure, helping to maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
